Job summary

You’ll coordinate with estimators and project controls to manage budgets and bid strategies, while directing startup plans and crew coordination.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, accurate forecasting, and adherence to safety programs in a dynamic heavy civil environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years progressive infrastructure project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Knowledge of paving, underground, concrete and grading practices.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and controls to establish budget and bid plans.
• Lead bid reviews and bid closings to ensure accurate bids.
• Drive start-up plans and kickoff with project teams.
• Maintain accurate job controls: quantities, costs, revenue, schedule.
