Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments and at least 5 years in paving, dirt, and grading.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in civil/related field and relevant experience.
• Experience managing heavy civil construction projects is preferred.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and bid/proposal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and controls to set budgets.
• Lead estimating efforts for bid-to-build processes.
• Coordinate with sponsors and managers to align resources with schedule.
• Manage bid reviews to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and regulators.
