Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of project experience in heavy civil environments and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive safe, efficient execution.

• Develop startup plans and coordinate with sponsors, managers, and project teams.
• Ensure proper job controls: quantities, costs, revenue, and schedule.
