Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate project revenue and cost forecasting to meet profitability goals.
• Manage a staff of up to 10 full-time employees including hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with estimators and project controls to establish budget and bid-to-build process.
• Lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects for accurate bids.
• Coordinate with project sponsors, managers, and crews to meet schedule and resources.
• Support bid reviews and closings to ensure bid accuracy and feasibility.
