Job summary

GSA seeks a Construction Manager/COR to manage federal and leasing projects, providing construction oversight, design review, and contract administration. You will serve as the Government’s technical liaison with contractors and lessors, ensuring compliance with contracts and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and budget teams, and delivering independent cost analyses to guide negotiations and project decisions.

Qualifications

• Specialized federal contracting and construction experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans and specs.
• Proven experience managing multi-discipline projects from initiation to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, oversee design, construction and leasing activities.
• Act as COR, liaise with contractors and lessors, monitor performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and budget analysts; report status to leadership.
• Prepare independent estimates and analyses to support negotiations and procurement decisions.
• Maintain relationships with Federal clients and external stakeholders for project success.
