GSA is seeking a Construction Manager/COR to oversee design, construction and leasing projects for Federal tenants nationwide. You will act as the Government's technical liaison with contractors and lessors, monitor performance, and document compliance with contractual obligations.

The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, providing technical analyses, and preparing cost estimates. A background in building systems and federal contracting is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience involves applying engineering methods and construction practices to building systems.
• Experience defining requirements with customers and developing construction cost estimates.
• Experience inspecting construction and administering contracts.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, oversees and manages design, construction and leasing project activities.
• Serves as COR, liaison with contractors and lessors, monitors performance and documents compliance.
• Coordinates activities among architects, engineers, contractors, leasing specialists and budget analysts.
• Prepares independent estimates and technical analyses to support acquisition and negotiation.
• Maintains relations with Federal client agencies and external stakeholders.
