Patriot-Enterprises-LL is seeking a Business Development and Capture Manager to drive growth across federal defense and civilian agencies. You will lead opportunities from qualification through capture, proposal transition, award decision, debrief, and growth planning, coordinating with operations, pricing, HR, and the Proposal Team.

The ideal candidate has extensive federal BD and capture experience with DoD, DHS, VA, or comparable civilian agencies, comfortable in labor-intensive professional

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of federal business development, capture management, account management, federal sales, or related growth experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead federal pursuits from qualification through capture, proposal transition, and award decision.
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS concepts, competitive procurement methods, contract vehicles, and source-selection practices.
