Job summary

i360technologies is seeking a Change Management Lead to develop organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies for a large federal financial modernization initiative. This role supports planning for Additional Operating Capabilities (AOC) and agency migrations, ensuring workforce readiness within a highly regulated federal environment.

You will conduct organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and develop change mitigation

Qualifications

• Minimum five years leading federal transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Experience with regulated federal environments.
• Experience conducting readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with cross-agency federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments across serviced agencies.
• Perform stakeholder impact analyses to assess workforce, operational, and compliance impacts.
• Develop structured change mitigation plans and support migration readiness evaluations.
• Develop executive-level and workforce communication strategies and facilitate workshops.
• Prepare materials aligned to federal governance standards and support cross-agency collaboration.
• Develop training strategies aligned with federal financial and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate user readiness activities in migration planning and Security Rules of Behavior awareness.
• Ensure training includes privacy and cybersecurity awareness requirements.
• Develop sustainment and adoption reinforcement plans supporting workforce transition and audit documentation.
