Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting, LLC is actively recruiting for experienced Change Management Consultant Senior Associate roles to support a large technology modernization program in the federal sector. You will help implement change management strategies across multiple sites and workstreams, traveling as needed to client locations.

Candidates should have 5+ years in change management, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with Prosci.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience.
• Familiarity with Prosci framework.
• Travel to client locations across the United States as required.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and develop communication plans.
• Experience with training materials and metrics tracking.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support phased implementation of change management strategy for large programs.
• Develop stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and communications plans.
• Coach client teams and track metrics to measure adoption.
• Travel up to five days per week as needed for on-site engagements.
