Job summary

MissionTek Advisors seeks an Organizational Change Management Lead in the Washington, D.C. area to guide the people side of large-scale transformation efforts.

You will work with executives, project teams, and end users to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. You will lead change strategies, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives to help organizations navigate change and achieve long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OCM for large-scale transformations (digital, ERP, or modernization).
• DoD or Federal transformation experience is required.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

We're seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to help guide the people side of large-scale transformation efforts. In this role, you'll work closely with executives, project teams, and end users to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. You'll lead change strategies, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives that help organizations successfully navigate change and achieve long-term success.

• Prior DoD or Federal transformation experience
• Demonstrated experience leading OCM for SAP transformations
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading change management activities for digital transformation, enterprise systems implementations, or process modernization programs.
• Active Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one
