NetImpact Strategies Inc. is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant to lead large-scale change initiatives. This role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders and requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, federal consulting background, and proficiency in OCM theories and models. They will work onsite 3 days a week at Scott AFB, IL, with a commitment to effective change implementation.
