Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support user adoption, communications, and operational readiness for a newly implemented federal financial tool. This remote role will coordinate with tool users, federal IT PMs, and financial analysts to ensure smooth adoption and efficient ticket routing.

The ideal candidate brings strong change-management skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and familiarity with federal financial operations and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in change-management planning and stakeholder engagement.
Experience supporting adoption, communications, training, and operational readiness for a new enterprise system or process transformation.
Ability to translate user needs into clear communications, training materials, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute user-adoption and change-management activities, including communications, training support, onboarding materials, and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate for tool users, helping submit requests, track tickets, and route to SMEs or functional owners.
Triage and route incoming questions and requests; escalate when needed to SMEs, team leads, or product owners.
