Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Capture Manager in Tysons, VA, to lead end-to-end capture for federal pursuits, shaping strategies that align customer missions with technical approaches and staffing. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging senior government and industry stakeholders.

You will develop capture plans, manage budgets, and oversee gate reviews and risk assessments while traveling as needed to support proposals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with US Federal Government customers.
• 7+ years leading DoD, Federal Civilian, or IC capture efforts with proven wins.
• Strong understanding of federal missions, procurement, and security requirements.
• Ability to translate mission needs into operational and technical capture approaches.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and priorities in high-tempo environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture execution for assigned pursuits, from qualification through proposal submission.
• Shape capture strategies tailored to customers, aligning technical approaches, operational concepts, and personnel requirements to mission objectives.
• Develop and execute capture plans including competitive positioning, teaming strategies, staffing approaches, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Partner with line leadership, capture teams, and SMEs to develop credible, executable, and mission-aligned solutions.
• Prepare and lead internal gate and risk reviews in compliance with internal governance and protocols.
• Manage B&P budgets, forecasts, and resource alignment to ensure disciplined, cost-effective capture execution.
• Serve as the focal point for cross-functional capture teams, coordinating operations, solutioning, pricing, proposal, contracts, and security.
• Candidate must have the ability to travel to support proposal efforts, primarily in the Tysons, VA area, as needed.
