Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of capture management experience.
• Proven success leading captures and securing $50M+ large programs.
• Experience with a variety of contract vehicles and acquisition pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement winning capture plans and messaging.
• Oversee technical and cost proposal development for compliance.
• Lead cross-functional bid teams including SMEs, pricing and contracts.
• Engage customers and shape procurement approaches.
• Lead internal gate reviews and pricing reviews.
