Job summary

Oddball is seeking a seasoned Capture Lead to drive full lifecycle capture efforts for unrestricted federal opportunities. You will shape winning solutions with cross-functional teams, develop win themes, and lead competitive analyses to position bids strongly for customers in VA, CMS, or DoD sectors.

You will partner with BD, PM, and Engineering, manage teaming relationships, and communicate pipeline health to executives.

Qualifications

Proven track record of full lifecycle capture wins on unrestricted federal acquisitions.
Deep domain experience in VA, CMS, and/or DoD with strong customer relationships.
Experience leading capture team activities across BD, solutions, pricing, and proposals.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition strategies, contract vehicles, and budgeting processes.
Familiarity with Agile, cloud, DevSecOps, IT modernization, data analytics.
Experience with contract vehicles such as GSA MAS, CEDAR, SPRUCE or similar IDIQs.
Strong written and verbal communication to present strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle capture from qualification through post-submittal.
Develop and execute capture plans with win themes and price-to-win strategy.
Conduct competitive assessments and SWOT analyses.
Partner with BD, PM, and Engineering to qualify opportunities and shape solutions.
Manage relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors.
Build and communicate pipeline status and bid health to executives.
Leverage AI and capture tooling to accelerate research and solution development.
