Job summary

Falconwood Inc. is seeks a Capture Manager to lead federal pursuit efforts from remote locations in the DC-Maryland-Virginia area. You will manage capture plans, win strategies, and pricing in collaboration with BD, Operations, Proposals, Pricing, and Contracts.

You will mentor BD team members, coordinate cross-functional activities, and deliver bid/no-bid recommendations with clear path to win while ensuring compliance and timely pursuit execution for multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of federal capture or related experience with leadership.
• Experience developing capture plans, win strategies, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned captures and maintain capture plans and milestones.
• Assess customer needs, funding, and contract vehicles.
• Develop win strategies and discriminators supported by customer insight.
• Plan and conduct customer, industry, and partner engagements.
• Coordinate pricing with Pricing and Finance on price-to-win.
• Lead capture reviews and prepare bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Provide documented handoffs to Proposal Management.
