Job summary

For People is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to own pursuits across federal and state agencies, from qualification through submission. You will develop win strategies, engage program offices and partners, and lead the bid with our proposal team, pricing, and reviews.

The role is 100% remote with preference for DC/MD/VA locals. Travel nationwide to client locations and events is required. Base salary range is $130,000–$185,000 with incentives and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in government capture, business development, or closely related role.
• Experience owning a pursuit from qualification through submission, including win strategy.
• Comfort working with government stakeholders and partners.
• Strong writing and ability to discuss software modernization and data platforms.
• Ability to juggle several pursuits and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own pursuits across federal and state agencies from ignition to submission.
• Build call plans, meet program offices, contracting officers, and partners.
• Turn intelligence into win strategy and discriminators.
• Engage customers via RFIs, sources-sought responses, capability statements, demos.
• Lead teaming partners, price-to-win, and color-team reviews.
