Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Leader to build and coach a Federal BDR team, managing reps who generate qualified pipeline across Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel. You will work hands-on with discovery and qualification before handing opportunities to sellers.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States, with emphasis on hiring, retention, and strong handoffs to field teams. Expect collaboration with Marketing for campaigns and events to drive qualified conversations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years related experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
• 1+ year of team lead experience.
• SaaS industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs covering Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel.
• Drive pipeline sourcing and qualification from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Shadow calls and provide feedback on discovery and qualification.
• Partner with Marketing on events and digital campaigns to convert attendance into qualified conversations.
• Monitor weekly pipeline, forecast, CRM data, and adjust team focus.
• Work with account teams to ensure smooth, high-quality handoffs.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent, building a growth-focused culture.
• Report on team performance to senior leadership and suggest BDR process improvements.
