Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Federal BDR Team Leader to build and coach a cohort of Business Development Representatives focused on Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel accounts. You will mentor reps, sharpen discovery, and ensure clean handoffs to sellers who close deals.

You’ll spend time with the team, drive pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and account teams to improve win rates while developing talent and maintaining accountability across the org.

Qualifications

• Bachelors + 4 years of related experience required.
• 2+ years of full cycle sales experience.
• 1+ years of team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs covering Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel.
• Source and qualify pipeline from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Shadow calls and provide feedback on discovery and qualification.
• Partner with Marketing on event campaigns and digital events.
• Monitor pipeline and CRM data; adjust team focus accordingly.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth handoffs to sellers.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent; build a growth-oriented culture.
• Report on team performance to senior leadership.
