Cisco is seeking a Leader, Inside Sales to build and coach our Federal BDR team and manage reps across Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel. You’ll sharpen discovery and qualification before handing opportunities to sellers who close.

This is a hands-on leadership role based in the United States, requiring active hiring, coaching, and collaboration with Marketing and field sales to drive strong pipeline and win rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years related experience.
• 2+ years of full cycle sales experience.
• 1+ year of people management or team lead experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs covering Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel.
• Drive the team to source and qualify pipeline from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Shadow calls and provide regular feedback on discovery and qualification.
• Partner with Marketing on events and digital campaigns to convert attendance into qualified conversations.
• Monitor weekly pipeline, maintain accurate CRM data, and adjust focus based on insights.
• Collaborate with account teams and sellers to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent and build a growth-focused team culture.
• Report team performance to senior leadership and propose BDR process improvements.
