Job summary

Cisco seeks a Leader, Inside Sales to build and coach a Federal BDR team. You’ll manage reps across Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel, guiding discovery and qualification and handing off to sellers who close.

This hands-on coaching role is remote nationwide in the U.S. and/or Canada; you’ll shadow calls, drive pipeline, partner with Marketing on events, and report results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years related experience.
• 2+ years full cycle sales experience.
• 1+ years people management or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs covering Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel.
• Drive the team to source and qualify pipeline from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Shadow rep calls and provide regular feedback on discovery and qualification.
• Partner with Marketing on event campaigns and digital events to turn attendance into qualified conversations.
• Monitor weekly pipeline and activity metrics, keep CRM data accurate, and adjust team focus.
