Job summary

Cisco is seeking a hands-on Leader to build and coach a Federal BDR team targeting Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel accounts. You will spend time with reps, sharpening discovery and qualification before handing opportunities to sellers who close.

Requirement includes 4+ years related experience, 1+ year leading teams, and SaaS familiarity preferred. Role supports remote work from anywhere in the United States with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
• 2+ years of full cycle sales experience.
• 1+ years of team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs covering Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel.
• Drive the team to source and qualify pipeline from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Shadow rep calls and provide regular, specific feedback on discovery and qualification.
• Partner with Marketing on event registration campaigns and digital events.
• Monitor weekly pipeline and activity metrics and keep CRM data accurate.
• Work with account teams and specialist sellers to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Attract, hire, and retain strong talent and build a growth-oriented culture.
• Report on team performance to senior leadership and recommend improvements.
