Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Leader to build and coach our Federal BDR team. You will manage reps who generate qualified pipeline across Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel accounts, from inbound and outbound leads, with hands-on coaching.

This role is remote across the United States. You will shadow calls, provide feedback, partner with Marketing, monitor pipeline and CRM data, and ensure smooth handoffs with sellers. You will attract, hire, and retain top talent and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years related experience.
• 2+ years of full cycle sales experience.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs across Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel.
• Source and qualify pipeline from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Provide regular, specific feedback on discovery and qualification.
• Collaborate with Marketing on events to convert attendance into qualified conversations.
• Monitor pipeline and CRM data; adjust team focus based on insights.
• Work with account teams to ensure high‑quality handoffs.
• Attract and retain top talent and foster growth and accountability.
• Report team performance to senior leadership and recommend process improvements.
