Integral Federal is seeking a Business Development Executive with deep Federal Civilian Agency expertise to identify, qualify, and win major IT services opportunities. The role emphasizes pipeline development, strategic GTM planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive on-contract growth.

Located in Tysons, VA, the position requires strong leadership, customer engagement, and an ability to articulate value propositions to high-level stakeholders in a fast-paced government IT market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years associated with Federal Civilian Agency-related experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of US Government acquisition processes and industry proposal response processes (FAR, DFAR).

Responsibilities

• Expand existing contracts and win new opportunities within Federal Civilian Agencies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities ranging from $10M to $250M+.
• Craft and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the FedCiv market.
• Engage with customers to shape opportunities and provide actionable intelligence.
• Support capture and proposal efforts to improve win probability.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscapes.
