SHR Consulting Group LLC, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our federal/civilian team. You will build and manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and lead capture activities for IT professional services across agencies such as DHS, DOJ, and HHS.

This role requires 10+ years in federal IT services with a track record of prime wins, and will involve up to 25% travel.

Formación

• 10+ years in federal IT professional services with at least 5 years in a business development or capture role with a quota.
• Hands-on capture management through the full lifecycle: opportunity identification, qualification, capture planning, gate reviews, and proposal handoff.
• Established customer relationships in SHR’s target agencies such as DHS, DOJ, HHS, NOAA, etc.
• Experience with prime and subcontractor negotiations and client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Grow SHR’s prime contract portfolio by capturing and winning new contracts.
• Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through call orders expansions and follow-on work.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and associated capture plans.
• Lead assigned opportunities through Lead, Qualified, Capture and Proposal stages.
• Prepare responses to RFIs and Sources Sought; lead proposal kickoff and reviews.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and partners; represent SHR at events.
