Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive to identify and qualify Federal Civilian Agency opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in a high-value IT services market.

The role is based in the Tysons area with a focus on US Department of State programs and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of federal civilian experience, proven win rates on large IT opportunities, and strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in identifying and qualifying Federal Civilian Agency opportunities.
• Proven track record of expanding existing contracts and securing new opportunities within Federal Civilian Agencies.
• Experience leading large-scale IT support opportunities.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of US Government acquisition processes and FAR/DFAR.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business and on-contract growth awards $10M–$250M+.
• Collaborate with BD leadership to craft and implement campaign strategies.
• Develop go-to-market plans for the FedCiv market.
• Engage with customers to identify and shape opportunities.
• Support capture and proposal efforts to improve win probability.
• Maintain a robust pipeline aligned with strategic growth vision.
• Provide market intelligence and trend analysis to leadership.
