Qualifications

• Federal contracting experience with BD, capture, or proposal background.
• Based in the Washington, DC area or nearby and able to meet in person.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor federal opportunities aligned with capabilities.
• Develop capture strategies and position for win themes.
• Prepare capability statements, proposals, and background materials.
• Build relationships with federal customers and partners.
• Maintain organized pursuit and pipeline records.
