CDM Smith seeks a seasoned Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors on progressive design-build and related delivery models for U.S. Government projects.

You will lead executive‑level relationships, identify priority pursuits, and collaborate with CSLs and preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to increase CDM Smith's probability of award and establish teaming structures before solicitations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 15 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in federal architecture, engineering, and construction business development or equivalent.
• Strong ability to develop executive relationships and convert into teaming agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Target and establish direct relationships with regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in procurement and negotiate exclusivity and teaming terms.
• Lead teams to present engineering expertise, constructability, cost validation, and phased delivery models to General Contractor teams.
• Lead teaming strategy for Department of War and other federal opportunities by translating procurement criteria into competitive designer-led structures.
• Collaborate with federal CSLs to maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities, key relationships, and next actions.
• Track federal agency movements toward accelerated delivery methods and align pursuit resources accordingly.
• Identify and resolve friction between General Contractor and architect‑engineer during design validation and cost development.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution and transition to delivery teams.
