Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an experienced Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with general contractors pursuing design-build opportunities for U.S. Government programs.

The role focuses on early teaming, exclusivity and scope negotiations, and building executive relationships to improve win probability and delivery success. You will coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams across preconstruction and sales functions.

Qualifications

• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Target direct relationships with regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor and negotiate exclusivity and scopes of work before solicitation.
• Lead teaming strategy and translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led structures.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities and support CSLs from target ID to teaming execution.
