Responsibilities

• Target regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycles and negotiate exclusivity, teaming terms, and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to present engineering expertise, constructability, cost validation, design-phase management, risk mitigation, and phased delivery models to contractor teams.
• Lead teaming strategy for Department of War and other federal opportunities, translating procurement criteria into competitive structures.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities and coordinate next actions with CSLs and delivery teams.
• Track agency movements toward accelerated delivery methods and align resources with prime contractor interest and capacity.
• Identify and resolve friction points between General Contractor and A/E teams during design validation and cost reconciliation.
