CDM Smith is seeking a highly experienced Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing PDB, DB2B, and large-scale DB opportunities for the U.S. Government and worldwide.

You will build executive‑level relationships, position CDM Smith as preferred design partner, and lead pursuit strategies from target identification through teaming agreements and scopes of work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as duties require.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of degree.

Mansioni

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with federal General Contractors pursuing alternative delivery opportunities.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies to improve probability of award.
• Manage the GC relationship pipeline and support CSLs from target identification through teaming agreements.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive‑level relationships for early teaming commitments.
• Coordinate with pursuit, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to formalize teaming structures.
• Track federal agency movement and align resources with contractor interest and award probability.
• Resolve operational friction between GC and A/E teams during design validation and cost reconciliation.
