Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States seeks a seasoned Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to shape strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing PDB, DB2B, and large DB for the U.S. Government.

You will build executive relationships, guide pursuit teams, and manage the GC relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements, contributing to CDM Smith's federal mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required (up to 40%).
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal alternative delivery strategy with GC partners.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with prime contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage the GC relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements.
• Collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal and sales teams to optimize pursuits.
• Identify priority pursuits and translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led teaming structures.
