CDM Smith is seeking a Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategic partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts such as Progressive Design-Build, DB2B, and large-scale DB for U.S. Government projects.

You will work with CSLs and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, position CDM Smith as the preferred subcontractor, and lead the execution of teaming agreements from identification to award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute federal alternative delivery strategies and teaming plans.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive-level relationships with General Contractors.
• Collaborate with CSLs and preconstruction teams to pursue and execute teaming agreements.
• Lead negotiations on exclusive designer-of-record relationships and early-phase scopes.
• Track and maintain a pipeline of federal opportunities and teaming commitments.
• Ensure alignment of pursuit resources with prime contractor interest and schedules.
