Job summary

You will shape partnerships with regional and national General Contractors for progressive design‑build and related contracts, and lead executive relationships toward teaming commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Target regional and national General Contractors for federal alternate delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as preferred designer early in procurement cycles.
• Lead teaming strategies and executive relationships to secure awards.
• Collaborate with CSLs and preconstruction, legal, and sales teams on teaming.
• Track pipeline, status, and next actions through solicitation.
• Translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led structures.
