Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
15 years of related experience in federal architecture, engineering and construction business development.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with general contractors for federal delivery projects.
Develop teaming strategies and executive-level relationships to secure awards.
Coordinate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal and sales teams to execute teaming agreements.
Identify priority pursuits and position CDM Smith as preferred designer-subcontractor early in procurement.
Track movement of federal opportunities and manage a qualified pipeline of leads.
