Qualifications

• 15 years of related experience in federal architecture, engineering, and construction business development or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s pursuit of federal alternative delivery contracts with General Contractors.
• Identify priority pursuits, assess GC capability, and build executive relationships for early teaming commitments.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycles and negotiate teaming terms.
• Translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led subcontracting or JV structures.
• Manage the GC relationship pipeline from target identification to teaming execution and transition to delivery teams.
