• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of federal architecture/engineering business development preferred.
• Extensive federal procurement knowledge (FAR Part 36).
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

• Target direct relationships with regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design partner early and negotiate teaming terms.
• Collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to develop teaming strategies.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline from target identification to teaming agreements.
• Track federal agency movement and align pursuit resources.
• Identify and resolve friction points between GC and architect-engineer teams.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through agreements and transition to delivery teams.
