CDM Smith is seeking a Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategic relationships with regional and national General Contractors for Progressive Design‑Build and related delivery approaches for U.S. Government programs.

You will coordinate with Client Service Leaders and cross‑functional teams to shape opportunities, align resources, and advance teaming agreements from target identification through award. Extensive federal and design‑build experience is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% as duties require.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with general contractors on federal alternative delivery projects.
• Identify priority pursuits and evaluate contractor capability for teaming opportunities.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies and negotiated agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors.
• Support CSLs and pursuit teams through identification, teaming, and scope development for awards.
