CDM Smith seeks a seasoned Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors for design‑build and related procurement methods for U.S. Government projects.

The role focuses on securing prime contractor relationships, early teaming commitments, and coordinating with CSLs and legal, preconstruction and sales teams to strengthen CDM Smith’s pursuit capabilities and delivery success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal alternative delivery strategy, building a national and regional contractor network.
• Identify priority pursuits, assess contractor capability, and establish executive-level relationships for early teaming commitments.
• Collaborate with CSLs and preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to develop teaming strategies and pursuit plans.
• Manage the contractor relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution and transition to pursuit/delivery teams.
