Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience required.
• Travel up to 40% may be required.
• Equivalent direct related experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal strategy and partnerships with prime contractors.
• Position CDM Smith as preferred design partner early in procurement cycles.
• Develop teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams to improve win probability.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline and teaming agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, preconstruction, and sales teams on teaming scopes of work.
• Track federal opportunities and align resources with contractor capacity.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution.
