The role focuses on early teaming commitments and positioning CDM Smith as a preferred design partner. You will work with Client Service Leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop strategies, build pipelines, and secure opportunities while supporting pursuit activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal alternative delivery strategy with General Contractors.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies to improve probability of award.
• Build executive-level relationships and transition opportunities into signed teaming agreements.
• Coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams for pipeline development and delivery.
• Influence procurement strategies using knowledge of FAR Part 36 and DB models.
