This role requires coordinating with Client Service Leaders and the preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to execute teaming strategies that improve probability of award and maintain a robust federal pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 15 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required; frequency depends on duties and workload.
• Direct experience with federal architecture/engineering or contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with GCs on federal delivery.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive-level relationships for teaming.
• Develop teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams through award.
• Position CDM Smith as preferred designer-subcontractor early in procurement.
• Manage and grow the contractor relationship pipeline from target to award.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, legal, and sales to optimize bid outcomes.
