Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a seasoned Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts. The role focuses on positioning CDM Smith as the preferred lead design partner and building executive relationships to secure teaming commitments.

You will collaborate with CSLs and cross‑functional teams to develop pursuit strategies, quantify opportunities, and navigate procurement criteria.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15 years of related experience required.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors on federal alternative delivery projects.
Develop and execute teaming strategies to improve probability of award and create exclusive or preferred design partnerships.
Coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams to identify opportunities, build executive‑level relationships, and transition to delivery teams.
Manage the pipeline of federal opportunities, track agency movement, and align resources with prime contractor interests.
