Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years in federal architecture/engineering/construction business development (or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal pursuit strategy with regional and national General Contractors.
• Develop teaming agreements, exclusive designer‑of‑record/engineering relationships, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with Client Service Leaders, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to implement teaming strategies.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities and approvals for pursuit.
