CDM Smith is seeking a Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to direct strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing Design‑Build and related delivery models for U.S. Government projects.

You will guide pursuit identification, capability assessment, and executive‑level relationship building to strengthen CDM Smith’s position. You will collaborate with CSLs and preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to execute teaming strategies that improve the probability

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree
• 15 years of related experience
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Aufgaben

• Target regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycles and negotiate terms.
• Work with pursuit teams to present engineering expertise, constructability, cost validation, and phased delivery models.
• Lead teaming strategy for federal opportunities by translating procurement criteria into competitive structures.
• Collaborate with federal Client Service Leaders and delivery teams to execute teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Track movement toward accelerated delivery methods and align resources with prime contractor interest and award probability.
• Identify and resolve friction between General Contractor and architecture-engineer teams during design validation and value development.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming execution and transition to pursuit and delivery teams.
