• Develop and execute teaming strategies to improve probability of award with CSLs and pursuit teams.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Track federal agency movements and align pursuit resources with prime contractor interest and capacity.
