The role focuses on early positioning, executive relationships, and teaming commitments to increase probability of award.

You will work with CSLs and cross-functional teams to translate procurement criteria into competitive subcontracting structures and manage the pipeline of federal opportunities from target

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Willing to travel up to 40%.
• Experience in federal architecture/engineering business development preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and partnerships with prime contractors on federal design-build opportunities.
• Develop teaming strategies from target identification to award.
• Manage executive relationships and staffing for pursuits.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders and preconstruction teams.
