Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors for federal alternative delivery projects.
• Identify priority pursuits, assess GC capability, and build executive relationships for early teaming commitments.
• Coordinate with CSLs and preconstruction teams to develop teaming strategies and proposals.
• Manage the GC relationship pipeline through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
