• Experience in federal architecture/engineering and capture management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic partnerships with regional and national General Contractors on federal DB projects.
• Develop teaming strategies and early commitments pre-solicitation.
• Coordinate with CSLs, legal, and preconstruction teams to improve win probability.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure alignment with procurement criteria.
• Translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led solutions.
