Qualifications

Responsibilities

Target regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
Position CDM Smith as preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycles, negotiating terms and scopes.
Lead teaming strategy and translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led structures.
Collaborate with CSLs and pursuit teams to develop teaming strategies and pipelines.
Track federal agency movement and align resources with prime contractor interest and award probability.
Resolve friction points between General Contractors and architect‑engineer teams during design validation and cost reconciliation.
